Problem statement
Good D365 testing needs a realistic but anonymous customer, vendor and address base. Copying production data is usually not allowed, and hand-crafting hundreds of records produces inconsistent addresses, invalid tax IDs and missing bank details. The result is fragile test scripts that fail on data quality rather than on the actual functionality.
Solution
The Test Data Generator produces consistent, localised customer and vendor records with valid addresses, bank accounts, tax IDs and contact information. Records are generated in D365 Data Management Framework format so they can be imported directly into a test or training environment.
